Small to medium sized companies
that can not yet justifies employing a full time international
business development specialist or where business comprises
mainly of technologists. Such companies often have excellent
products but need specialist assistance to promote them effectively
in international markets. Blue Star can develop the international
business of such companies to the point when it is possible
to justify employment of their own full time international
sales and marketing specialist. At this point, Blue Star,
either withdraws or is retained for other overseas projects.
Larger companies with existing international business development
expertise, who are constrained either by resources limits,
or a high level of existing business development activity
to explore news markets requiring a targeted approach or
requiring a special discretion to explore and negotiate
new projects overseas. Blue Star can assist them like we
do with smaller companies.
